We provide finished architectural plans and models in AutoCAD or Revit format. We have been preparing as-built projects since 1993 and can handle the largest of projects. We are located in Morris County, New Jersey.
While many of our clients are in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other East Coast locations, we also travel as needed and have worked on projects across the country.
The idea for Verified Existing Conditions was started back in 1993. It had been my intent since completing my industrial internship at the Merrill Lynch Corporate facility in Plainsboro, NJ. It was there that I was given the task of tracking millions of square feet of Merrill Lynch owned buildings throughout the United States. Every building was divided into departments that had allotted square footage tied back to a Corporate Rent Book. If my measurements were off or did not follow BOMA standards then the dollar figures directly connected to the line work on my drawings could be affected. Those strict guidelines trained me to be extremely careful with both my building As-Built surveys and drawings.
I have practiced those techniques and have bettered my skills over the last 32 years. Having completed numerous commercial building surveys, industrial, residential, colleges, schools, hospitals, factories, warehouses. You name it, we've been there across the country.
Verified Existing Conditions was incorporated in 2001 and has steadily grown ever since with an expanding list of loyal clients. We are insured for the largest of projects and have the manpower to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Most projects are across NJ, NY, PA and CT — but we mobilize anywhere in the country when a project calls for it.
